You are the owner: the project belongs to you and the decisions are yours. You cannot attend every meeting, read every document or check every commitment. We do it for you, and we bring you each decision in time.
In France, this mission is known as assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage (AMO). We work exclusively alongside the owner, on an ongoing basis: advice, coordination, reporting and decision support.
Private owners building or renovating, owners who live far from their site, investors and asset managers. The mission follows the size of the project, from an apartment to a large programme.
