The scope of the mission

Interior design covers layout plans, materials, furniture and lighting. It is not a regulated profession. Works affecting the structure or façades, or subject to planning authorisation, are not part of it.

For the works phase, works management takes over: contractor consultation, quote comparison, schedule, site monitoring, handover and snagging.
